Woohoo! I too was fooled last night when I got the HBS2U newsletter. But imagine my wonderful surprise this morning at work when I get a real, live, invitation to interview at HBS! I am super excited! I will be interviewing on campus at the end of February. I also am happy because this gives me some validation that my application is strong!
Now ... anyone have any advice on interviewing at Harvard??

As for tips, read and re-read the essays. HBS interview digs deep into your profile and experiences. So get ready to explain the "why"s of all the stuff u've mentioned in the data forms and essays.
Congrats! That's great. As for advice, I would say know your application well and be prepared with one or two add'l examples of leadership that you didn't speak to in your application. I would say 80% of the questions I was asked during my HBS interview were somehow connected to leadership.(Disclaimer... since I only got waitlisted, not admitted, it's possible my advice is total crap!) ;)

That's great news! Congrats!!
One thing unique about the HBS interview is that they have thoroughly read through your entire app, so there aren't too many basic questions. Know your application/essays really well, and know your story. In my interview, she asked about my current role, what kind of internship i would want, a clarification on one of my leadership examples. Then some: why harvard (even though i thought i had answered it well) and what are your concerns about hbs? oh yes, and out of left field: what book are you reading now?
overall, i felt like she didn't ask me anything too hard and the interview was only 30 minutes.
